Open to: All, detailed results viewable to: All, participants: 14
Let's get the most important poll out of the way first: does the new Winnie the Pooh trailer give you feelings?
Yes, squishy nostalgic and heartwarming ones
Yes, that whomever decided to set the trailer to Somewhere Only We Know is a musical mastermind
Yes, it reminds me of that Inception fanfic where they all turn into WtP characters and wow fandom, what have you done to me?
No, I haven't seen it
No, I don't believe in the power of friendship /random Netflix commercial reference
No, I don't really care about that silly old bear when this is supposed to be a HARRY POTTER POLL
okay moving on. Does the release of Deathly Hallows Part 2 feel like the ~~~end of an era~~~?
Yes
No
My thoughts cannot be contained by mere radio buttons, and I will further explain in the comments
REAL QUESTION #1: What do you consider the best book in the series?
Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone
Chamber of Secrets
Prisoner of Azkaban
Goblet of Fire
Order of the Phoenix
Half-Blood Prince
Deathly Hallows
REAL QUESTION #2: What do you consider the best movie in the series?
Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone
Chamber of Secrets
Prisoner of Azkaban
Goblet of Fire
Order of the Phoenix
Half-Blood Prince
Deathly Hallows Part 1
Deathly Hallows Part 2
I haven't seen DH Part 2 yet, and so I'll come back to this one later. I promise. I really will.
Be honest, part 3. Have you ever judged someone for how they answered the above questions?
Yes
Yes, and I'm judging you right now, thecomfychair
Nope
And finally, the grand question we all ask ourselves. If Harry Potter was a cereal, it would obviously be called Hufflepuff. But what would it taste like?

Right, I'm just going to skip to the next question
Defend your H/P ships, but do it as if you were Hagrid. Or a pirate. Or both. (or just list them).
Be honest. Did you join an Oliver Wood-related comm/board/list after the first movie came out?
Voldemort can't stop the rock because...
god gave rock and roooooll to everyone
the box office wouldn't replace his lost ticket
he prefers light jazz
it was an actual rock. Like, the size of a freaking boulder.
What exactly is the fuction of a rubber duck?
Be honest, redux. Did you really re-read all the books before Deathly Hallows came out?
Yep.
Skimming counts!
Nope.

YES.
also, The Voice was pretty awesome tonight. Going on my tentative to-watch list
I don't talk a lot about Community here, but it's mostly because every week my review would be I LOVE THIS SHOW, LET ME TELL YOU WHY I LOVE THIS SHOW
( Community 2xmumble, Paradigms of Human Memory )
I'll do a SPN reaction later because I missed a few parts and I need to rewatch (and because I want to rewatch it, which hasn't happened for like the last 4/5 episodes) but first I'm going to talk about a show that I think no one else but me is watching, but oh well because
( Camelot, 1x04: The Lady of the Lake, plus comments on the entire series overall )
It's been a while since I incoherently rambled about a tv show, hasn't it? Long story short, you should give Camelot a chance if you like twisty origins, control freaks, and interesting female characters, and if you don't mind a little gratitous sex with your Arthurian legends.*
*I need to point out though that I have like next to zero knowledge about this stuff and the last Camelot-y thing I saw was Sword and the Stone, so uh, there might be things in the show that could bother people familiar w/ these stories that just passed right over my head /cya
also The Fast and The Furious came on after Camelot, so my viewing schedule was
SPN-->CMLT-->TFFT, which, besides each having elements that hit my guilty pleasure buttons, uh, let's just say, me and my slash goggles had a good time tonight. Fast Five soon!
I know the meme is reaching its saturation point quickly, but one of my fav april fool's joke (besides Google's "Helvetica", natch) of yesterday was when someone tweeted a link to a rick roll...but it was actually "Friday". Has the joke video torch been passed?
Both of them I would recommend, particularly if you enjoy visually awesome films. I know Sucker Punch in particular has been getting negative reviews, but on the whole I liked them both.
Both reviews below contain major spoilers.
( Limitless )
( Sucker Punch, including spoilers for a deleted scene )
Overall, I enjoyed Sucker Punch, it had a good soundtrack, and it was nice to see a movie with five awesome ladies in it. I'll probably see it again before it leaves the theater; this is definitely a movie made to be seen on the big screen.
Speaking of the soundtrack, my favorite tracks off it:
oooh well.

Guess what I shipped in either LotR or lotrips (Lord of the Rings RPS)
I don't think any of you knew me from back then, but no cheating if we've talked about this (or...a certain community) before. If you guess correctly, you'll win awesome imaginary prizes.
